How to Delete Your Data
To delete your account, send a request to support@trouveris.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user account and profile information
- All search history and preferences
- All legal acceptances (Terms, Privacy, EULA)
- All login logs and activity records
Data Retention After Deletion
When you request account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, with the following exceptions:
- Billing records If you have subscribed to a paid plan, transaction records (invoices, payment history) are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss financial regulations (CO Art. 958f). These records are managed by our payment processor Stripe and contain no photo data or search activity.
- Last access record We retain the date and technical details of your most recent login (device type, app version, and a hashed IP address) for security purposes. This record is stored as part of your account and is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
No photo data, search queries, or profile information is retained after account deletion.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
