Business plan includes one scheduled onboarding session (30 min) within 5 business days of sign-up, plus best-effort email support. No service level agreement (SLA) applies to any plan. Support terms are effective as of the date of purchase.

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I reach the photo limit?
New photos won't be indexed until you upgrade. Existing indexed photos remain accessible.
Is there a free trial?
Pro and Pro+ include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
What does "offline-first" mean?
Trouveris indexes and searches your photos entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your phone or computer.
What is the Founding Members program?
The first 200 subscribers to Pro or Pro+ get their price locked in for life, plus an exclusive in-app badge. After 200 subscribers, standard pricing applies.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate before paying. After the trial converts, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
What support is included?
Free plan: self-service docs and FAQ only. Pro: best-effort email. Pro+: priority best-effort email. Business: one dedicated 30-min onboarding session + best-effort email. No SLA applies to any plan.
